With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Monsignor Robert Willhite, who died peacefully on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at Prime Healthcare Fox Knoll Village in Aurora, IL, where he had been a resident. Monsignor Willhite, a deeply devoted man of God, dedicated his life to serving others through his faith and ministry. His passing leaves a profound void in the lives of those who knew him, and he will be dearly missed by all.

A beloved priest and servant of the Church, Monsignor Willhite’s unwavering commitment to his faith was an inspiration to many. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Rita of Cascia Parish. Prior to the funeral Mass, a final visitation will be held from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m., offering all the opportunity to express their respect and bid farewell to this beloved man of faith.
